This position is for a seasoned leader who will oversee and motivate a team of Relationship Managers within the Customer Engagement Channel. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in mutual fund sales to high net worth individuals and is responsible for leading their team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Upsell mutual fund products to Retail/HNI clients from an assigned database.
  • Generate fresh leads through referrals to expand the client base.
  • Conduct regular feedback and review sessions with the team to improve business volume and client acquisition.
  • Guide the sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key and potential investors to generate repeat business.
  • Support closing sales calls by working closely with Relationship Managers when required.
  • Ensure the team delivers exceptional service to HNI customers.
  • Create awareness through events, conferences, and product sessions for investors.
  • Enhance and upgrade client net worth and achieve sales and revenue targets through the team.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in mutual fund sales is essential.
  • Proven experience handling HNI clients.
  • Must be comfortable with B2C sales.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • The ability to effectively close sales calls and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships.
