Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Branch.
  • Manage profit and loss, as well as balance sheet performance, to ensure branch success.
  • Track and monitor daily productivity and book movement to optimize results.
  • Promote business growth through new business development and liability generation.
  • Cross-sell various third-party products and asset products to customers.
  • Foster and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) to drive revenue growth.
  • Evaluate and adjust branch headcount budget to ensure optimal alignment.
  • Adhere to company values and standards while ensuring employee commitment and work quality.
  • Leverage effective team management and team-building strategies to enhance collaboration and motivation.
  • Provide learning and skill development opportunities to employees to improve their capabilities.
  • Ensure clear role definitions and minimize employee attrition.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and conduct regular training sessions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer engagement programs and marketing events to drive business growth.
  • Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of daily banking operations, products, and services.
  • Communicate relevant information effectively to employees to ensure smooth branch operations.
  • Identify and address critical business issues promptly and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements for the branch and its products and services.
  • Meet and exceed quality standards conforming to ISO 9001:2000 norms.
  • Guarantee the safety and security of bank and customer assets.
  • Deliver audit-related deliverables as per prescribed norms.
  • Submit timely and accurate management information system (MIS) reports.
