Job Opportunity: Corporate Lawyer for Commercial Agreements

The company is seeking a Corporate Legal Associate to manage commercial contracts and compliance while aligning with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp legal acumen and a startup mindset.

  • The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS & IT Services Agreements, Collaboration & Staffing Agreements, NDAs, and Marketing Contracts.
  • They will also advise on cross-border legal and regulatory matters, including data protection, FEMA guidelines, RBI regulations, and sectoral laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with Master's or professional certifications preferred.
  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
  • Prior in-house legal counsel or top-tier law firm experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, proficiency in legal risk assessment, and knowledge of data protection, corporate governance, and financial regulation.
  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
  • High ethical standards and integrity, and a startup mindset: proactive, agile, and results-driven.
