We are seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to oversee our legal and regulatory affairs.

The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on commercial agreements, third-party contracts, service agreements, partnerships, and license agreements.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Support general corporate legal matters with a solid understanding of Indian Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations
  • Develop and maintain standard form agreements and legal databases
  • Lead communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage proactively with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and other relevant frameworks

A Law Graduate from a recognized university with 3-5 years post-qualification experience is required.
