International Education Coordinator

The Study Abroad International Education Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end application process for students applying to international universities. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating with students and institutions, ensuring timely submissions, and providing accurate guidance on application requirements.

This coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for students during their admission journey.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
  • Verify and review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa requirements.
  • Assist students in filling out university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status.
  • Follow up with students for pending or additional documents to complete applications on time.
  • Coordinate with universities and institutions regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones.
  • Provide students and counselors with timely updates regarding application progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines for applications, conditional offer requirements, and final submissions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and document requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a student-first approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student application management.
