• Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• You will be proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent typing skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in counselling students, preferably in the study abroad sector, is highly desirable.
• You will maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, utilizing our CRM system to track key metrics.
• As a representative of our organization, you will deliver engaging presentations and webinars, leveraging platforms like Zoom and Google Meet to connect with students worldwide.
• Your primary focus will be providing accurate and timely information to students, responding to inquiries, and offering tailored guidance to meet their needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability are key qualities we look for in our team members, as you will be required to work varied hours to suit the demands of the role.
