Property Investment Analyst Position

As a critical member of our property investment team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating deals with precision and professionalism.

You will be entrusted to review property investment opportunities, calculate returns, assess refurbishment estimates, and ultimately make informed decisions that directly impact our business outcomes.

  • Evaluating residential and commercial property investment opportunities
  • Reviewing property documents, including floorplans, EPCs, comparables, and agent reports
  • Calculating key financial metrics: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Utilizing and maintaining our proprietary deal analysis tools
  • Preparing comprehensive written summaries of investment opportunities
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted
  • Taking ownership of your analysis – your recommendations matter
  • Embracing feedback and continuously improving your skills
  • Updating investment data in CRM systems accurately

To succeed in this role, you should possess fluency in English, a passion for working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking, experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work, and a solid understanding of relevant terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
