As a highly analytical and detail-driven professional, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating investment opportunities with precision and expertise.

You will review deals, assess returns, examine refurbishment estimates, and make informed decisions about which deals to pursue. Your analysis will directly impact real-world outcomes.

This is a secure, full-time remote opportunity where you will collaborate closely with a reputable UK-based investment organization. We are seeking someone who takes pride in accuracy, logic, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse residential and commercial property investments
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent reports, and other relevant documents
  • Calculate key metrics: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Utilize and maintain our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Prepare detailed deal summaries with buy or reject recommendations
  • Triple-check every detail before submitting your work
  • Take ownership of your analysis – your conclusions matter
  • Listen to feedback and improve with each deal you review
  • Update deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Possess a strong affinity for numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understand key concepts like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous – you verify your work three times, not once
  • Able to handle critical decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and strive to continually improve
  • Demonstrate strong integrity – you're careful because the numbers matter
