Job Title: Senior Financial Expert

Experience: Post-Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalize accounts and prepare comprehensive financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Analysis.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle complete accounting process from journal entries to thorough ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
  • Oversee GST computations and compliances for seamless financial operations.
  • Ensure accurate accounting processes from order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and support statutory audit processes.
  • Maintain a strict compliance calendar for all statutory and tax-related deadlines.
  • Analyze financial data for trends, variances, and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities for financial and tax-related matters.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Semi Qualified with relevant experience can also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with ledger scrutiny and involvement in end-to-end accounting processes.
  • Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
