As a Senior Financial Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy of our organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective financial systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax laws, corporate governance, and TP audit, etc., Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
  • Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Manage Bank Payments and Receipts effectively, plan, and manage the organization's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs, optimize working capital and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy, lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI
  • Taxation Management: Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns, manage tax audits and assessments, ensuring minimal financial exposure, stay updated on changes in tax regulations and their impact on the organization
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth, delegate responsibilities effectively and foster a collaborative work environment, conduct regular training to improve team capabilities and alignment with organizational goals
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally Prime, Odoo) and advanced Excel
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
