Enterprise Financial Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to design, implement, and support cutting-edge enterprise performance management solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/Planning) with proven experience in financial planning processes and stakeholder engagement.

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/Planning).
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud features and functionality.

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will have:

  • More than 6 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/EPBCS) implementation and support.
  • A deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Hands-on experience in Business rules and calculation manager, Data management and integrations (FDMEE, Data Management, EPM Automate), Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, Metadata and security management, and Essbase cube design, optimization, and reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and FP&A processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential for success in this role.
