Real Estate Deal Specialist

This is a secure, full-time remote role where your analysis skills can make a real difference.

We are looking for a detail-obsessed deal specialist to help us evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

  • Analysing residential and commercial property deals to identify key insights and trends
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent reports, and other key documents to inform our investment decisions
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools to streamline our process
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations to support our investment decisions
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your calls matter in shaping our investment strategy
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review to refine our approach
  • Updating deals in CRM systems accurately to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
Requirements
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) for effective communication
  • A love for working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking to drive decision-making
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work to bring valuable expertise to the table
  • Understanding terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, and being able to apply them in practice
  • Meticulousness — triple-checking your work to ensure quality and attention to detail
  • Handling important decisions under pressure with poise and confidence
  • Welcoming feedback and constantly aiming to improve performance and outcomes
  • Strong integrity — being careful and diligent in your work because the numbers truly matter
