As a Property Investment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse residential and commercial property deals to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents to assess deal viability.
  • Calculate key figures such as ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain analysis spreadsheet tools to streamline the evaluation process.
  • Produce written summaries with go/no-go recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Triple-check every detail before submitting work to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Take ownership of your analysis and make informed decisions that impact real-money investments.
  • Listen to feedback and continuously improve your skills and processes with each deal reviewed.
  • Update deals in CRM systems accurately and efficiently.

You will be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • A passion for working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking.
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work.
  • Understanding of terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, checking your work three times to ensure accuracy.
  • The ability to handle important decisions under pressure.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with ongoing training and support.
  • Strong integrity and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
