Investments Manager Role

The role involves working as a Senior Manager in investments, focusing on performance reports, investment options, and client communications.

  • Prepare month and quarterly performance report for Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and Delegated Solution.
  • Analyze performance of different investment options and overall plan.
  • Communicate with custodians to gather client specific data for reporting.
  • Manage ramp-ups and ongoing transitions, define employee engagement activities and mentor team members.
  • Responsible for leading a team of analysts across different processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
  • Manage relationships with senior management and business owners, ensuring exceptional client experience and compliance with internal policies.

Key qualifications include 8+ years of experience, graduate or master's degree in finance, knowledge of Python and SQL, understanding of investment terminology, and experience in analyzing portfolios or researching managers located outside of India.

Required skills include strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities: Prepare reports, analyze investment options, communicate with clients and custodians, manage team members, lead projects, drive process improvements, ensure compliance and excellent client experience.
