Investment Professional

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Investment Analyst within our Infrastructure Team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in valuation models and market nuances, providing in-depth analysis and driving investment decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • New Deal Opportunity Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of new deal opportunities across the infrastructure landscape, considering nuanced market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Deal Pursuit and Structuring: Identify and pursue attractive investment opportunities aligned with the fund's strategy, taking into account the unique characteristics of infrastructure transactions.
  • Documentation and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive memos and investment proposals for review by senior management and investment committees.
  • Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management: Monitor portfolio performance, undertake timely reviews, and assess risks, leveraging specialized tools and methodologies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure space within a buy-side or sell side environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of sector-specific nuances.
  • MBA from Tier 1 institutions, CA (Rankers preferred)
