Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage our HR function, driving strategic initiatives across operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, setting clear goals, balancing workloads, and driving accountability
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Own policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end administration, including payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding
  • Champion employee experience, designing initiatives to boost engagement and reduce attrition
  • Embed 5-DNA through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and communications
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development, including University curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting
  • Drive strategy and branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media and campus outreach
  • Own Talent Acquisition and governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, metrics, complex escalations, data integrity, and optimizations

Requirements:

  • Post Graduation/Master's in Management from a recognized university or institute
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze performance for data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of systems like SuccessFactors or Workday (preferred)
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
