Job Title: Front Desk Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Desk Executive to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling guest relations, addressing student accommodation and hostel-related concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning.

About the Role:

  • Front Desk & Guest Relations
    • You will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visiting faculty, and external guests, providing accurate information and guiding visitors appropriately.
    • Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and check-in/check-out logs.
  • Student Communication & Support
    • Act as a liaison between students and administration for hostel-related queries.
    • Address and resolve student complaints related to facilities and services.
  • Visiting Faculty & Guest Accommodation
    • Manage bookings, check-in, and check-out process for visiting faculty and institute guests.
    • Ensure rooms in Building B are well-prepared, clean, and meet hospitality standards.
  • Property & Facility Management (Building B – Hostel & Guest Accommodation)
    • Monitor upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of hostel and guesthouse facilities.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage documentation related to hostel occupancy, guest bookings, and complaint registers.
    • Assist in preparing periodic reports on student/guest satisfaction and property maintenance.
