Job Title: Senior Creative Lead

A senior role in our design department is available for an accomplished creative professional. We are seeking a skilled individual to lead our graphic design team.

  • Lead and manage a team of designers and quality assurance specialists creating high-quality visual assets for various media platforms.
  • Create a collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and productivity.

Project Management: Oversee the production process for all print materials, ensure timely completion, and coordinate with other departments for alignment.

  • Develop and implement rigorous quality control processes.
  • Conduct regular checks on design outputs to maintain quality standards.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Operational Efficiency: Design templates and style guides as required, develop strategic design operations plans, and execute standardized workflows for print media design projects.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
  • Hold extensive experience in print-media design and possess strong conceptualization skills.
  • Show flexibility to adapt to shift work for critical deliverables.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track KPIs for design operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for design-related inquiries and requests, requiring effective communication skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field; 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media; strong understanding of print media design principles and production processes; expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and project management methodologies.
