  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Staying organized and meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a lead designer or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual storytelling and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
