We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a Senior Visualizer, you will be responsible for bringing our ideas to life through innovative visual solutions.

At the heart of this role is the ability to craft compelling narratives that capture the essence of our brand. You will work closely with our creative and copy teams to develop engaging campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing materials that stand out and drive results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling skills. They will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually striking concepts, layouts, and artworks for various mediums including campaigns, digital, print, and social media.
  • Translate project briefs into engaging visual stories while adhering to our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft cohesive, integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and experimenting with new design trends, styles, and techniques.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers where needed, sharing expertise and design best practices.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while upholding high creative standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably within an agency setup.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to take feedback constructively and refine ideas efficiently.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
  • An excellent team player with outstanding communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have:

  • Motion graphics or basic animation skills would be a valuable asset.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools could be an added advantage.
