Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Hosting Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hosting products and services.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring product stability, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support, and handling incident response and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with our infrastructure team to deploy and maintain Linux/Windows servers using automated scripts and runbooks.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and application protocols such as SMTP, HTTP, and FTP.

They will also have experience with tools such as Nagios, DHCP, and GIT/SVN.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor product stability and provide timely alerts
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hosting products and services
  • Handle incident response and troubleshooting
  • Work with infrastructure team to deploy and maintain servers
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for RCA's and permanent resolutions
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
