Incident Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SaaS product.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for investigating production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to drive issue resolution and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to document solutions and best practices
  • Participate in security audits and contribute to the development of supporting evidence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on SRE, sysadmin, developer, QA, technical support, or similar roles
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of cloud-hosted applications and infrastructure components
  • Experience with REST APIs, logging/monitoring tools, and SQL, Linux, and Network environments
