Strategic Growth Leader

We're seeking a high-agency, entrepreneurial operator to spearhead key initiatives and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone who has founded or led an early-stage venture and now wants to work closely with founders across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute 0→1 initiatives, including new experiments, product launches, and market entry projects.
  • Own critical growth levers such as Affiliate Marketplace, PR/IR campaigns, and international SaaS expansion.
  • Serve as a strategic sparring partner, modeling financials, assessing M&A opportunities, and pressure testing decisions.
  • Evaluate and enhance operational excellence through OKR tracking, cross-team alignment, and process audits.
  • Represent the founder in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent.
Requirements:
  • Founder/Co-founder experience or early builder at a fast-scaling startup.
  • Bias for action: ability to thrive in chaos and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills in finance, ops metrics, and growth funnels.
  • Crisp communication: can draft investor memos, press copy, and strategy decks.
