We are a leading food manufacturer and distributor in North America, delivering pure and quality products for over 50 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Create, update, and maintain item master data in our ERP system (product codes, descriptions, categories, pack sizes, etc.). Maintain and update vendor master data, including pricing and other key attributes.
  • Transit Days: Record and regularly update transit days for DC–vendor combinations.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.
  • Support Sourcing Team: Support resolution of data-related issues in collaboration with sourcing, planning, and purchase teams.

MIS & Reporting:

  • Daily Reports: Prepare and publish daily reports for operations and supply chain teams.
  • Weekly/Monthly Reports: Generate weekly and monthly reports/scorecards covering KPIs (supply chain, vendor performance, inventory, and service levels).
  • Timely MIS: Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure timely availability of MIS to management.
  • Automated Reporting: Automate and simplify reporting formats in Excel/ERP/Power BI for efficiency.

Process Support & Coordination:

  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of changes in item master and pricing.
  • Audits: Support internal audits and compliance requirements by providing accurate data.
  • Process Improvements: Suggest improvements in data entry and reporting processes to minimize errors and manual work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred)
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting; macros knowledge is an advantage)
  • Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in Master Data Management/MIS/Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries
