We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Data Science Specialist. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in data analysis and machine learning to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with at least 2 years in AI/ML-related initiatives. Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business outcomes.
  • Proven experience in the Asset and Wealth Management industry, with expertise in portfolio management, compliance, AML, KYC, client onboarding, and investment advisory.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and platforms, including OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, machine learning pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Ability to write detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories with technical depth and clarity.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization or analysis tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling effective collaboration and information sharing.
