Procurement Analyst Role

We seek a skilled Procurement Analyst to support our organization's procurement activities. This individual will be responsible for collecting, classifying and analyzing data from multiple systems, and then transforming the data into actionable insights and rich dashboards.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Netsuite) to build out reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Analyze and interpret spend and procurement data to identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, cost reduction, and process improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making and give stakeholders visibility into relevant metrics.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data/business analysis, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, SQL preferred).
