Business Intelligence Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist who can analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and contributing to our mission to shape the future of clinical development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with a passion for data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills, technical expertise, and communication acumen to:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Analyze complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain databases, data visualizations, and reports to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise narratives and compelling visualizations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
  • 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics projects that drive business outcomes
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools
  • Clear, confident communication style that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences
