Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in understanding and defining complex project requirements, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyse business processes, gather project requirements, develop solutions, and understand solution impacts that drive project success.

Key responsibilities of the role include collaborating with project stakeholders to understand business needs and gather project requirements, analysing and modelling business processes to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation, acting as a thought leader for these business processes, conducting thorough documentation and baselining of current processes and systems, and developing comprehensive 'to-be' maps to facilitate broad-based transformation and the achievement of strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a PMO environment, a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in process documentation and reporting.

Required qualifications include:
