About the Role
Talentiser is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead our laptop and desktop sales efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets for laptops and desktops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize the sales approach.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to drive product success and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the business and technology sector, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for review by senior management.
- Manage sales budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the technology or IT hardware industry, with a focus on laptops and desktops.
- Proven track record in building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and strategic planning.
- Passionate about technology with an understanding of the laptop and desktop market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Salary Estimate:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
