Job Profile:

This role involves leading and managing end-to-end loan processing for India branches and servicing activities while ensuring operational efficiency, risk control, and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

As a people leader, you will focus on developing, mentoring, and managing a high-performance team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning to support business goals and client satisfaction.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end loan processing for India branches and servicing activities.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, risk control, and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.

  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
