Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill a Loan Operations Specialist role.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze commercial loan documentation, identifying key terms and requirements.
  • Enter loan details into the ACBS system of record, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Interpret credit approval documents and understand complex loan structures and documentation.
  • Translate key terms from loan documentation into the ACBS system, facilitating efficient processing.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients on servicing-related activities, including advances, payments, rate changes, and ACBS system posting.
  • Monitor and perform ACBS system input for timely administration of rate options, borrowing base adjustments, and facility utilization changes.
  • Collaborate with agent banks to balance and resolve portfolio issues.
  • Receive and respond to daily research and maintenance requests from lending officers and clients.
  • Review and balance daily reconciliation reports for general ledger activity tied to loan servicing.
  • Determine necessary monetary and system maintenance required for resolution of exception reports.
  • Perform research requests and analyze loan documentation to provide accurate information.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding loan balance, rate information, and other loan-related questions.
