Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns.
Job Requirements
  • Professional experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services related to micro mortgages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
