Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist

The role of an Oracle HCM Cloud specialist is pivotal in driving the success of our organization through the effective implementation and management of our compensation and performance modules.

  • This involves designing, developing, and maintaining Fast Formulas for validation, calculations, and retro-processing to ensure seamless integration and accurate results.
  • Collaboration with HR and IT teams is essential in gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and delivering high-quality results that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Design and develop Fast Formulas to support complex business requirements.
  2. Utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader templates for efficient data uploads and management.
  3. Develop and implement RTF templates and OTBI / BI Publisher (BIP) reports of medium complexity to meet business needs.
  4. Provide functional design and configuration support for the Workforce Compensation module, including compensation plans, budgets, and statements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver results-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Demonstrable expertise in writing Fast Formulas.
  • Strong experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Experience in developing OTBI analyses, BIP reports, and RTF templates.
  • Functional implementation experience in Workforce Compensation and Performance Management modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
