You are sought after to join our team as an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant. As a professional in this field, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of various HR modules within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation of core HR, absence management, talent management, time & labor, and benefits
  • Delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
  • Developing functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
  • Performing system testing, including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Providing expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects. This includes hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. Additionally, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
