We are seeking an experienced professional to drive market research and lead discovery in the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research across Web3, crypto, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems to identify high-potential token projects.
  • Qualify business opportunities including token listings, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of leads using advanced CRM tools like Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
  • Track funding rounds, token launches, ecosystem partnerships, and community activities to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business intelligence preferably in crypto, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Prior experience working in the crypto industry is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Attio (preferred), HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM.
  • A strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain protocols, and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in lead-generation tools e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase.
  • An analytical mindset with excellent research, data handling, and reporting skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent.
Favorable Conditions
  • Prior experience in a crypto exchange or launchpad would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with outreach automation tools e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake.
  • Knowledge of tokenomics and project lifecycles would be beneficial.
  • Community engagement experience on Discord, Telegram, and Reddit would be a plus.
