We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data quality initiatives. As a Data Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Define standards and best practices for data quality assurance processes.
  • Analyze data across systems to identify issues related to accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Establish and enforce data quality assurance processes, including data validation, cleansing, and monitoring.
  • Design and implement data quality checks and controls.
  • Measure data quality using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate reports on data quality metrics and trends for stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation on data quality issues, resolutions, and improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data quality analysts or engineers.
  • Provide guidance on data quality best practices and ensure the team's professional development.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality procedures, processes, and standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience in Data Test Automation, Data Comparison and Validation.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, databases, DB Procedures, Packages, and Functions.
  • Familiarity with data quality tools and platforms for profiling, cleansing, and monitoring data.
  • Proficient in SQL and scripting languages for data analysis and validation.
  • Working experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL Alchemy for ETL.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and solve data quality issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team focused on data quality.
  • Strong understanding of Data Warehouse/Data Lake Architecture and Development.
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of data quality initiatives.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift.
  • Experience in SQL injection, and query performance (Athena), Machine Learning.
  • CI/CD, bit bucket/git knowledge.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce).
