About the Job

The Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our APP/H5/Web/server projects through comprehensive testing strategies.



This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues, while continuously improving our QA processes and tooling.




  • Ensure quality assurance for the company's APP/H5/Web/server projects.
  • Participate in requirements review to understand product functionality, analyze potential issues, and provide valuable improvement suggestions.
  • Develop test plans and design test cases for complex business functions while maintaining high testing standards.
  • Monitor, trace, and identify quality issues in projects, collaborating with development teams to improve overall quality and efficiency.
  • Continuously develop and maintain test environments, automation frameworks, and server-related tools and platforms.
  • Contribute to the innovation and improvement of quality assurance processes, strategies, and methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
  • Research new testing technologies and promote the application of suitable technologies in production environments.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of software testing experience, with rich experience in App and Web testing.
  • Familiarity with various testing methodologies including Black-box testing (functional, UI/UX, regression), Gray-box testing (integration, system), Smoke and sanity testing, Acceptance testing, Exploratory testing.
  • Experience with test case development, execution, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of defect lifecycle management and bug tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: PHP, Python, Java, or Go.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and database systems, including familiarity with Redis and MongoDB.
  • Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of software development and testing processes.
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, candidates with experience in server-side testing, continuous integration and delivery pipelines, containerization technologies, automated testing expertise, performance and load testing, security testing, and API testing will be given preference.
