Key Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering leader to join our team as the Founding Head of Engineering.

  • This is a key leadership role responsible for defining and executing the technical direction of our agentic AI platform.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong track record of designing and scaling complex systems and APIs, and experience leading high-performing engineering teams.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute the technical vision for our agentic AI platform.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience).
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
