
High-Growth Sales Strategist

The role of a Strategic Account Manager involves overseeing a portfolio of sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth. This is achieved through a deep understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes.
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data to identify areas for improvement and providing strategic recommendations to maximize seller potential. The manager will also implement and track metrics to record the success and quality of sellers in their portfolio.
Furthermore, the manager will identify, qualify, and engage with prospective sellers based on a clear understanding of their needs. A joint business plan will be developed and executed to deliver key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for both sellers and Amazon.
Additionally, the manager will conduct deep dive analysis on seller issues, publish recommendations, and action plans to improve seller experience. Success will be measured by the performance of sellers on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.
- Implement and track metrics to record the success and quality of sellers in your portfolio.
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective sellers based on a clear understanding of their needs.
- Develop a joint business plan to deliver key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for sellers and Amazon.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on seller issues and publish recommendations and action plans.
- Measure success by the performance of sellers on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience.
Applicants should possess:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
- Experience with Excel.
- Ability to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
Shift timings for the role are from 4 PM to 1 AM IST.
