Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical troubleshooting support to our global customer base, handling basic technical assistance queries related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and general communication services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical troubleshooting support over the phone to our global customer base.
  • Handle basic technical assistance queries related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and general communication services.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Networking: Basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts.
  • Computer Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Operating Systems: Working knowledge of Windows and macOS, as well as mobile operating systems like Android and iOS.
