Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in lead handling, customer interaction, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Handling: Handle digital response-based leads with smooth interaction and follow up on potential customers.
  • Customer Interaction: Make courteous and professional conversations with customers and prospective customers over the phone.
  • Sales Conversion: Persuade and convince potential customers to purchase our products or services.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and schedule qualified leads for the direct sales team.
  • Tele-calling Script Adherence: Follow established tele-calling scripts for consistency and accuracy.
  • Data Recording: Accurately record customer interactions as per required format.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and effective interactions.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge or proficiency in mobile applications is essential.
