Responsibilities :


- Technical Expertise : Act as a subject matter expert, articulating the technical capabilities and value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.

- Solution Design : Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to design and propose tailored solutions that meet client-specific business and technical requirements.

- Presentations & Demos : Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to a wide range of audiences, from technical experts to C-level executives.

- Needs Analysis : Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their existing infrastructure, business challenges, and strategic goals.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, presentations, and solution architectures.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and effective sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closing.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and our product roadmap to effectively position our solutions against competitors.

Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology or software industry.

- Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language for diverse audiences.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and customer needs.

- Hands-on experience with solution design, system architecture, or project implementation is a significant plus.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
