
Front Desk Team Member

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage our reception area, handle phone calls and inquiries, and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Manage reception area, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Handle courier, mail, and document coordination
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Provide administrative support when required
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries
- Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships
- Assist in sending brochures to potential clients
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 – 5 years work experience
- Presentable, excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
