Financial Product Designer

We're seeking a UX/UI designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that blend human interaction with cutting-edge technology. As a key member of our design team, you'll collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to craft experiences that balance automation with user control.

  • We aim to redefine the future of banking with AI-driven tools that empower users to make informed decisions.
  • You'll work on complex interaction models, designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces – from mobile apps to conversational agents.

About This Role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, user-friendly experiences that integrate AI and data-driven insights.
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts to inform design iteration and drive business growth.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Design interactive, user-centered experiences that meet regulatory needs and balance human-centered design with AI capabilities.
  2. Refine designs based on data, feedback, and behavioral insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of UX/UI design experience in fintech or related fields, with proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) and human-AI interaction.
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback across disciplines.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with agent-based systems, chat interfaces, or AI explainability patterns.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and regulatory considerations.
