Job purpose:Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.Who you are:Master in Business Administration.Minimum 4+ years relevant experience as a scrum Master and 7+ Years in the IT industry, Scrum master certification is a plus.Experience in a scrum master role.Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework.Manage each project's scope and timeline.Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.Coach team members in Agile frameworks.Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.Work with product owners/ Business Analysts to handle backlogs and new requests.Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.Help teams implement changes effectively.Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product post-launch.What will excite us:Familiarity with software development.Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.Fintech domain experience is added advantage.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Successful track record of developing products within deadlines.Excellent attention to detail.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.Creative and innovative thinker.Easy Flexibility & Adaptability.What will excite you:Complete ownership and independence of execution.Experiment, fail and learn.
