Key Responsibilities
  • To develop high-quality design portfolios in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ownership of statutory drawings for Mumbai and Mumbai Region projects, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Manage manpower budgets for each activity in handled projects, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive professional growth and development within the reporting team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • To provide timely and complete design solutions to clients, engendering high levels of satisfaction.
Design Expertise
  • Take ownership of the quality of design portfolios entrusted to you.
  • Create innovative design responses to project demands, resulting in award-winning creative designs.
  • Develop comprehensive design portfolios at every stage, backed by accurate documentation.
  • Present final signed-off Concept designs to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with sub-consultants and design support services to deliver fully coordinated designs and portfolios.
  • Assume responsibility for Edifice scope related to preparation of Statutory submission drawings, including coordination with Permitting Consultants.
  • Ensure efficient project delivery in line with planned resourcing and timelines.
  • Grow professionally by achieving personal advancement goals and facilitate professional growth of the reporting team.
  • Guarantee no client escalations due to design coordination or documentation errors.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor & Masters in Interior Design are required.

Candidates should possess wide experience in interior space design with 5 to 10 years of expertise in doing architectural projects (Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare) with proficiency in Revit.
