Master Data Operations Lead

Join a dynamic team as we seek an experienced Master Data Operations Lead to spearhead our offshore Master Data team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving exceptional performance and efficiency across the board.

• Leadership and Development: Coach and develop team members to meet expected Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Process Standardization and Automation: Collaborate with the NoCC team to standardize and automate processes, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
• Financial and Non-Financial Operations: Ensure timely and accurate execution of financial and non-financial operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Master Data Management: Manage the setup, modification, and maintenance of master data in systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Training and Compliance: Develop and implement training programs, routine activities, and compliance initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships between the GCC, business units, and stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

• Performance Evaluation and Control: Evaluate and control Master Data team performance within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
• Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks on master data setup to prevent infractions impacting business operations or customer relationships.
• Process Efficiency: Ensure end-to-end process efficiency for managing master data, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
• Project Support: Support project initiatives through active participation, driving successful outcomes and achieving strategic objectives.

• Target Management: Manage MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance targets, including creating sustainability models and action plans for open issues.
• Backup Planning: Develop backup plans for the team, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruption.
• Training Tracking: Maintain Training Tracking Tools and create action plans to minimize knowledge gaps, promoting a culture of learning and development.
• SLA/KPI Monitoring: Monitor SLA/KPIs and update them monthly, ensuring quality monitoring of team performance and closing any gaps.
• Process Documentation: Update process training documentation according to EP standards, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
• Workflow Enhancement: Review and recommend enhancements to improve workflow efficiency, driving innovation and excellence.
• Routine Management Tasks: Perform routine management tasks, such as cascade, stand-up, and one-to-one meetings, promoting effective communication and team alignment.
• Communication Flow: Establish effective communication flow within the team and with external parties, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Best Practices Sharing: Share best practices across the business, promoting knowledge sharing and organizational learning.
• Procedure Development: Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as requested by the Functional Lead, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
