We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain our IT monitoring/observability platforms, ensuring seamless performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and troubleshoot ScienceLogic SL1 architecture, collectors, and PowerPacks
  • Maintain strong knowledge of SNMP, WMI, SSH, API-based data collection, event policies, and escalation rules
  • Create dashboards and reports in SL1 to provide real-time insights into system performance
  • Integrate with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for efficient incident management
  • Tune alerts and reduce noise to minimize false positives
  • Familiarity with hybrid IT monitoring (On-prem, AWS, Azure, GCP) and hands-on scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Understand ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem) and MariaDB troubleshooting and fixes
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT monitoring/observability platforms, with at least 2+ years hands-on with ScienceLogic SL1
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across teams
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on continuous improvement
