As a Fintech Platform Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and scaling of fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of fintech platforms.
  • Drive technical decision-making and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful impact in financial inclusion. They should have a solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design. Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is a strong plus.
