Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain contract types, templates, and clause libraries within the Icertis platform to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Modify and manage configuration keys, business rules, and workflow logic to align with business requirements and improve overall efficiency.
  • Set up and maintain security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Manage and update master data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support P2P (Procure-to-Pay) integrations and ensure smooth data exchange between Icertis and ERP systems to enhance productivity.
  • Create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
  • Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective onboarding and knowledge transfer.
